About Us
Randy Krom
Randy spent more than two decades with one of the nation’s largest Big Builder. His collective experiences included Mortgage Finance, Construction Project Management, Sales, Sales Management, General Management and finally, Division Manager. Then in 2013, Randy helped found North Market Construction to go back to building the way he felt best--with best practices, pride, passion, and a focus not on the bottom line, but on the end user. In his free time, Randy and his wife, Angela, enjoy spending time with their son at his sporting events and other social activities. Randy is outdoor enthusiast, and loves to ski, kayak, hike, golf and trail run.
Mike Pilch
Mike has been in the homebuilding industry since 2001. In his 20-year career, he's thrived in a variety of functions from project and cost management to marketing and sales. He brings his wide-ranging experience working for a large, national builder; his passion for building science; and a commitment to hands-on, small-batch craftmanship to every North Market Construction build. Mike has vast knowledge of the local market, and he's an experienced real estate investor and land developer. A University of Maryland at College Park graduate, Mike was born and raised in Frederick, Maryland, and still resides in town with his wife and children.
